Sort out Redemptor Karl
This is getting stupid now. Redemptor Karl is the worst Protection Henchman in the game. His skillbar and his AI are awful.
I've never noticed it before... maybe because i didn't spend that much time with him. But since i started doing frequent trips around Kurzick territory trying to get some Kurzick Faction its dawned on me incredibly bad he is.
After battles, he lets people degen to death without bothering to use the *2* condition removals he has (ok Draw isn't exactly a removal but it stops people degening to death), yes he does have energy, the moment they die he casts Rebirth which is 10 energy. Mid battle he casts Rebirth. Screwing both himself and the 1 he ressurects over. He has no Protective Spirit, something which i dearly miss when i get hit by the 210 damage Shatterstones from the boss (and thats only because im a ranger). He spams Spirit Bond on anything, which i guess most AI does anyway. He uses Draw Condition on Disease, bringing it instantly from the melee to the entire backline.
Seriously, please sort this guy out, he's really starting to annoy me now with the absolutely dire build and AI he has. If anyone has ever read his battle quotes they're all about him/others dieing! Why is he in charge of keeping the party alive...
Please, anything is better than this guy. Give me Lina, at least she did her job!

Can i add Danika to the list...
My last trip half the party got hit by a Barbed Trap... Eve BR's someone... we kill Lacerate... over the course of 20-30 seconds Eve degened to death without any intervention from the monks. Seriously wtf. Alesia was better than this shit, at least she spammed and kept people alive!

I find that statement very offensive.
More to the point, a revamp of the skill bars possessed by henchmen, especially ones like Karl, is certainly in order. A few AI tweaks would be appreciated too, but it's understandable that they probably aren't going to happen at this point due to the work involved in such a task.

If you were running around in circles then the henchmen don't heal properly. I never really had that much of a problem with them...they're certainly dumb, but at least they heal.

I say give each hecnmen one skillbar per campaing you own, plus one if you own them all.
Then, when selecting them, you'll have checkboses before their names in the search panel and you could also change the build they'll have if you are the leader by talking to them.
Then, if you are the leader, they'll bring the fixed build you have chosen.
It would be cool to choose if Aidan is sniper, beastmaster (he already has a wolf pet), interrupter, trapper or whatever, based on how many campaings you own.
One more reason to buy them all.

I never had too much trouble with him after I figured out his skillbar. But then, I'm a monk so I just brought a couple skills to make up for his inadequacies.
Hench AI can always be improved upon(even the ones that don't suck) and hopefully such problems can be worked out in the future.
But that's just my two cents
